The team were brilliant. Always prompt, tidy and professional, but also keen to listen and discuss options and help me where it was needed. Frequent and helpful communication was also a feature. This job was complicated because of it being an older house, so the walls were a challenge which JD Major overcame without fuss, bringing a sparkling new life into the home. Special care was taken to bring the best out of the place in every aspect. Each one of the JD Major team put in a huge effort to get the house looking beautiful. Top marks for an obviously top team.
Jason fitted in this work for me at very short notice with no fuss and dealt with my request in a very courteous and professional way that made me feel comfortable and gave me confidence in his company. Craig, who carried out the work was brilliant both professionally, the finished wallpapering is exceptionally good, and also personally, Craig was a pleasure to have in the house. Jason and his team did an incredible job of redecorating my flat. It was done to an incredibly high quality, on time and it was entirely stress free for me. Craig and Iain took such care in their work. They were a delight to deal with, very professional and were invested in making sure I was happy with the job. Even though we’re well out of the area that Jason usually works, he came so highly recommended. I was really pleased with the work, the wall papering was exceptional, all matching up perfectly despite it being a really tricky space (under stairs odd shaped WC). Before painting, Jason’s team did a thorough job of prepping the rooms, and they looked so good after painting, I couldn’t be happier. Fabulous work, thank you Jason and team, all highly recommended!
Jason and team were great. Lovely team who were always punctual and pleasant, making what could have been a very stressful project much easier and going out of their way to help manage the project so as little impact as possible to those of us living there. I first contacted Jason to hang some feature wallpaper when I was a young home-owner in Hampton Wick and he was amazing. Over the next 20 years, he filled, painted, hung more wallpaper and even when I then moved into rental accommodation, my landlord agreed to use him - twice - purely because his workmanship is phenomenal and he ensures a tidy and clean home during works. Jason is highly professional and his team have been with him for years. Jason and his team provide an excellent service. Their decorating work is of a very high quality with a real eye for detail. Jason also sanded the floors to a beautiful standard, put up bathroom cabinets and offered to do the bathroom silicone. He and his team are also very good natured and pleasant to have around. I can't recommend them more.
JD Major Decorating Services carried out a very professional and highly competent job redecorating a building the needed alot of attention. They were very responsive to our needs which changed over time after the initial visit to provide a quotation. They were highly courteous and professional from the first visit to prepare a quotation, on a daily basis as the work was being carried out, and while finishing the final details. I'd strongly recommend them.
